Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours advance notice for cancelling and rescheduling appointments. Failure to comply may result in a 50% service charge. All appointments require a valid credit card on file to hold the appointment slot.   

Tardiness

We suggest arriving at least five minutes prior to the appointment time to ensure you receive the full service. We will always do our best to accommodate, but rescheduling may be necessarily in some situations. Being even five minutes late may require rescheduling, as some appointments, like threading, may last only fifteen minutes.

Method of Payment

In addition to cash, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept personal or third party cheques

Pricing & Refunds

Pricing is subject to change at salon discretion. Please note majority of our services have base, not fixed, pricing. We do not grant refunds due to the nature of our work. We will, however, do our best to resolve the issue to mutual satisfaction. .
